Random letters present

  • Hi,

    Thanks for the theme- it’s great!

    Random letters are present in the sidebar title and in the titles of my posts. How to I remove them?

    Can you try to remove 217.199.187.57 from your setting of WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL)?
    You can change from Settings > General page on your WordPress admin.

    These letters are icon fonts. It couldn’t work when it call from other domain name.

    Hi, I have the same problem too, but I don’t quite understand what you mean by “remove”. Do you mean we shouldn’t put any IP address or domain name in the WP URL and Site URL? I used this theme for a while and I didn’t remember I had this issue in the previous versions. Thanks!

    Random letters should be icon web fonts. If you have trouble to read icon web fonts, these will become random letters.
    In PERI95’s case, his website tries to read icon web font from different web sites. It’s prohibited in his environment. I had to say “replace” not “remove”. ??
