Random number generator to stop comment spam

Are there any plans to add a yahoo style bitmap to the comment form? e.g. before your comment is accepted you have to look at the image which contains a randomly generated number, like 12364 or a word and you have to type it in.
This would stop the poker spammers dead in their tracks!
