Random order not working when cached

    Hello and kudos for your great plugin.

    Unfortunately, it seems that when you have a Cache plugin (like WP Fastest Cache Premium) activated, the RAND order option is not working, and related posts are displayed every time and everywhere ordered by Date DESC.

    Can you please elaborate on this issue? Is there a workaround?
