we are using woocommerce as a payment gateway only using webnus MEC Calendar Pro and MEC calendar pro woocommerce intregation addon, All orders are taken using the MEC plugin to purchase event tickets. We have a customer who purchased some tickets but then a random amount showed up on his CC for $34.95 which does not have an invoice linked to it like the other 2 and there is no order for this in the MEC system. We have reported this to MEC support but they are saying is a woocommerce issue and to contact you.

any ideas how this could happen please as we are only using the woocommerce integration as a payment gateway and not using any woocommerce products etc.

  • Hi @michaeljb

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you are using WooCommerce as a payment gateway with the Webnus MEC Calendar Pro and MEC Calendar Pro WooCommerce Integration addon for processing event ticket purchases. You’ve mentioned that one of your customers had an additional charge of $34.95 on their credit card, which does not have an invoice or order linked to it in the MEC system.

For us to check this further, please provide us with the further information below:

    • Were you able to replicate this issue on your end and reproduce the same issue after?
    • What payment gateway was used for this transaction?
