Random posts on front page

Hi,

Use the following in a child theme’s functions.php

function custom_set_home_to_random_posts( $query ) {
    if ( $query->is_home() && $query->is_main_query() ) {
        $query->set( 'orderby','rand');
    }
}
add_action( 'pre_get_posts', 'custom_set_home_to_random_posts' );
