Random Posts Paged on Home Page

I have been browsing a few different posts and sites and have not yet found the solution…

I am looking to have my home page on my site display a random post and when I click next (to go to the next paged post) go to another random post in the list… however I need these posts and order to be generated when I load the site each time

so far I have found sevearal forums and no solution..
I am using wordpress twenty twelve theme
