random quotes on a static page

hi everyone,

I’m working on a wordpress site where users can submit fortunes using a form on my site, and then the fortunes are randomly displayed when you click a button on a different page.

I’ve found a good plugin for the submissions, but for the random quotes, all of the ones that I am finding are either only a widget, so I can’t use it on my page, or they make you add the quote one by one. I’d like to be able to paste all of the submissions in, and have a single line be displayed whenever people refresh or click a button.

Any tips? Thanks!
