Random redirection suggestion

For testing the effect of different versions of pages, it would be nice to redirect randomly to one of several URLs. Or maybe randomly based on the IP address, so people would always see the same version.
I know some non-plugin ways of doing this, but I thought I’d suggest it for the Redirection plugin.
