We run the latest version of CF7 + GoogleSheetConnectorPro + Flamingo. We run Siteground as hosting platform. The Plugin works great but some entries (1 in 30) are at random not written to the sheet document eventhough these entries are stored in Flamingo database (marked not spam) and CF7 datatab of the GSheetConnector plugin. Confirmation email containing the missing data is still sent to customer and to us. The problem forces us to manually insert the missing data in the sheet document when we discover that a serial number has been skipped.

I already sent a ticket on this topic, but we were forwarded to wait for a response (and possible sync feature).

    Regards,

    Jip

    Hello @jipdv
    Thanks for getting in touch,

While troubleshooting on our end, it seems to work for every entry even filled at the same time, still looks like something on your end which is causing an issue for skipping entries.
Therefore we are planning to give a sync feature that helps to identify the missing entries, which saves in the CF7 Database option but not shown in the sheet.
Therefore, we will give the sync feature to solve the missing entries features!

But it will take some time to troubleshoot various criteria and resolve the issue while proving the sync or sending individual or multiple entries to sheets that are not sent.

Is it possible to enable the debugging mode from wp-config.php and keep an eye on debug.log under wp-contents if shows error when entry is not sent sent on sheet.

Make sure to check the front end while filling the form various times so that error doesn’t shows on the frontend and only saves in debug.log

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks
    Abdullah

    Hi Abdullah.

Thanks for the fast reply. The skipping event doesn’t seem to be connected to the density of submissions in a timeframe, as there a often large time gaps between them (~1h or more). I will try to monitor debugging mode on our live site and report back to you.

    Regards,

    Jip
