    Hello.

We have used this plugin for some time, and it worked exactly as it should.

However, about three weeks ago we started seeing random posts being republished without our asking the plugin to do so.

We deactivated the plugin for these past weeks and the problem stopped.

Yesterday we reactivated the plugin and three posts republished themselves.

Of course we have a ton of other plugins running, and unfortunately this site does not have a dev-version where we can deactivate everything else and test just this plugin by itself.

    With that said:
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Does anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this problem?

    Appreciate any thoughts on this,
    Atg

Could you try downloading the latest version (1.19) that I just released?

Once downloaded, activate and then deactivate the plugin. The deactivation will delete a value in your database that I think may be corrupt. Reactivating will recalculate and save a new value.

Please let me know if this corrects the issue. I haven’t been able to reproduce what you’ve described so at this point I’m making an educated guess.

Thanks for the prompt reply, Marios.

Unfortunately, updated, activated, deactivated, and reactivated.

    And random republishing again.

All the republished posts seem to come from 2009, which happens to be the year this site was started, if that makes any sense…

I was hoping for better news. Unfortunately I’m at a loss as to what might be happening. I’d need more information about your setup.

Would you be OK with me contacting you via email to discuss possible next steps? Your profile lists a website with a contact address so I’ll use that. No need for you to post an address here.

Absolutely, happy to help if I can.

The Gmail account listed is best.

    Thanks,
