Random View

There are several non wordpress sites that offer the ability to get and display a random streetview image within country parameters.
Is there any chance within the confines (i say this to preempt the ability to pay a coder a couple of thousand to do this) of your plugin either free or pro that on could achieve display of a random streetview within new zealand by clicking a button?
