    Hi,

I am wondering if there’s a way to randomize the customer ID or somehow we can set the customer ID number.

    Hi vancouver,

The customer ID is set automatically and there is currently no way to set it manually or to randomize it. The only way to change a customer ID, at the moment, would be directly in your database (i.e. via phpMyAdmin).

I’m sorry. I’m not very good at this.

What is the prefix I should be searching for?

    Hello vancouverrx7,

Once you open the phpMyAdmin database, you could simply search for the table ‘wp_EWD_OTP_Customers’ and then the column name “Customer ID” and then update the values for the Customer ID there for all the customers that you have. Please keep in mind that you would have to do this for all new customers that create an order.

    Best regards,
