    I’ve been getting sales for this event and my customers aren’t being charged. This has never happened before and I can’t recreate it. 4 customers have gotten free tickets now. Other customers have bought and paid the right price for the tickets. I can’t figure out what’s causing the free tickets.

    I get this randomly too, I would like to know what you find out about this. For me it happens with both PayPal and Stripe payments. When it is free there is no record of a payment gateway transaction. Impossible to reproduce but happens very intermittently.

    @dawningo was this ever resolved? This keeps happening to me randomly.
