    Hello

    On this page I am getting a high keyword density when I have used the focus keyword only once on the page.

    Also I have optimised two different pages which are giving me the same number of errors, but one page is giving me a score of 82 and the other one 77. I am having this issue with other pages as well and I don’t understand where is the problem. How come that I am using the same method to optimise the pages but having so many kinds of scores.

    Thank you for contacting the support and we regret the inconvenience caused.

    Could you confirm if you’ve added more than one focus keyword to the page? If yes, we also count the secondary focus keywords towards the keyword density and that might be the reason why you’re seeing a higher number there.

    Please check if the primary, as well as the secondary keyword(s), combined, are appearing the number of times displayed in the Keyword Density test.

    Let us know how that goes.

    Do you count the focus keyword for the categories as well?

    Hello @tina84t,

    The focus keywords for the categories are not counted on pages. However, the keyword density test takes all the variations of the focus keyword into account, that is the plural forms, synonyms, LSIs, etc.

    With that being said, could you share the URL of the affected page from the front end of the website along with the focus keyword used so that we can have a closer look?
