Rank math sitemap not updated and error 404

Hello,
Today we are analysing our seo and we just see that a lot of 404 errors drop.
We found the problem : permalink manager just rewrite all url very weirdly,like all product that was on the primary category “plants”, url like site.com/plants/productpage/
All products url was rewrited like this : site.com/home/productpage/
In the sitemap url site.com/plants/productpage/ then returning 404 to google robotsand then our ranking drops
What is doing wrong ?
We see that sitemap is not actualised too. We push new product but they are not added to the sitemap, very strange.
Does permalink manager support rank math ?
What is going wrong here in all my explanation ?

If the new product is not listed in the sitemap at all, the problem is not in Permalink Manager. Most likely, this is due to the cache settings:

Could you check if the problem persists also when Permalink Manager is temporarily deactivated?
As regards the second issue, the permalinks for new items are based exactly on the Permastructure settings (Tools -> Permalink Manager -> Permastructures). Could you send me the screenshot with your current settings?

If your Permastructure settings include %product_cat% tag, Permalink Manager respects the primary categories set with RankMath unless you deliberately deactivate this feature in the plugin settings:
