Ranking Higher, Traffic Higher

I was real hesitant to switch from Yoast. Even though I was using the free version, it had a huge positive reputation. I decided I could always go back, but now I never plan to. Rank Math has really important features on a free level that you have to pay for with Yoast.

I think multiple keywords is a huge thing for building up SEO for your site. I watched my traffic start to double on a weekly basis, and we could do searches to easily rank up in the top 3 with other tech sites. Granted, those searches had to be a bit more specific, but that didn’t happen with my previous SEO plugin.

Rank Math is much easier to write with as well. Yoast penalizes long sentences and sections that are larger than 250 words. I never see other tech sites worry about that though. Rank Math seems to major on what really matters to search engine algorithms, rather than minor things that are just “the icing on the cake” so to speak. We seem to be ranking for what matters, which frees up our writing styles a lot.

I’ve ran into some minor bugs with Rank Math, but support has worked through them. There’s been patches and actual personal help to resolve issues. I haven’t had anything break my site, but that’s no guarantee for everyone. I definitely recommend this SEO plugin if you’re serious about growing site traffic.
