Ranking scanner

I use the SE ranking software, but I cannot add their server IP to whitelist AND make it work. I have tried in all places possible, with every IP range SE ranking has given me.
Only when disabling wordfence am I able to use the page audit tool from https://seranking.com/ – the Audit takes about 10 minutes for 1 page, which is 10 minutes unprotected every time.

Can you please add an option to whitelist specific bots or manually add specified services.
