Ranks dont work

  • Hi,
    at my Site the Ranks are not working.

    I′ve set the ranks like this

    This rank group is associated with the “Punkte” points type.

    ü30iger
    Edit
    Neuling 200
    Edit
    Gamer 500
    Edit
    Teamplayer 3500
    Edit
    Zocker 2500
    Edit
    Profi 5000
    Edit

    But the members only have the rank “ü30iger” no matter how many points they have. Whats wrong ?

    I am not able to recreate the bug using the beta version of the plugin. I will test with 1.10.4.

    I have tested this on version 1.10.4, and I have not experienced this bug.

    Do you have more than one type of points? Are you sure that you are creating the ranks for the correct type of points?

    Have you made any modifications to the plugin’s code? Have you installed any modules for the plugin?

    You could try changing the points of the Neuling rank to 201 and then back to 200, and see if the users are given the correct ranks.

    Note: I think these ranks are in the wrong order (but I don’t think that is related to this bug):
    Teamplayer 3500
    Zocker 2500

    Are you still experiencing this problem? If so, could you try updating to 2.0.0 and see if it is fixed?
