Raspberry Pi Installation

    I downloaded this plugin on WordPress dedicated Raspberry PI couple weeks back, and I used a “Blank Slate” theme to setup digital screen. Everything is working correctly. But When I disconnect it from internet it only displays everything in text, which mean it is not applying styles/JS. Is it possible to display digital screen without internet connection?

    Any quick help would be appreciable.

    ASA brother Aamir,

    You do need the internet for the Digital Screen because its running on wordpress, which uses CDN resources, which comes from some external web servers.

    Even if it is slow internet, you do need it.

    Jazak Allah Mustafiz for promptly answering my question. Actually, due to a poor internet connection in the mosque, we need to run the display offline. I am trying to use JS/CSS offline from local folders or otherwise I will try to make a template with offline styles. Any suggestion or direction would be appreciable.

    For other ticket, I am using stage server for testing purpose and during testing it didn’t show digital screen correctly. I will send you more feedback if noticed any error.

    hmm, that will need some code update.
    So basically on a local wordpress install and only this plugin, look for any ‘http’ link and find the CDN js/css resources and download them locally.
    And instead of using the CDN link refer the downloaded version.

    Search in the whole of wordpress folder.

    Hope that will solve it.
