NOTE: I do NOT have Rate Limiting enabled.

I have a couple of Pages which, when I edit them, it causes Limit Login to BLOCK my IP address temporarily (it has a lot of thumbnails loading). I have my IP address whitelisted. I do NOT have any desire for rate limiting. Why is this happening? I am the administrator, and I have the IP whitelisted, so it should ignore EVERYTHING this IP address is doing, not giving me a MiniOrange 403 error.

    Please help fix this issue.

    Thank you.

  • Hi @wbenterprises,

Thank you for using our Limit Login attempt plugin and apologies for your inconvenience.

Correct me if I’m wrong,?you have a whitelisted IP address and it still blocks you and returns a 403 error?

I would like to inform you that we have not replicated this issue on our end.
It should be good if we can get over the call and look into it, for this you need to raise a query from our plugin or from our website.

Have you tried our other security features like Google Recaptcha, Rename login URL, content protection, spam protection, brute force protection ,Limit login attempts?

    This issue is not resolved.

To test: Edit a page that has a hundred or more thumbnails loading into a gallery block.

    Hello @wbenterprises

It should be good if we can get over the screen share call and help you over there.
