Rate the product error

Customers can no longer leave a review because they get the error: “Please rate the product” with a blank screen and nothing more they can do. I have it setup so that they don’t have to leave a star rating. The “enable ratings on reviews” option is left UNchecked under the WooCommerce>settings>products>Product Ratings. I’m not adding my url because right now I am allowing the star rating just to keep things moving along and as to not annoy reviewers with a dead screen.
