I put the code into index.php and single.php. I don’t think the client wants people to rate pages. I didn’t find anything called post.php.

Is there a way to add this to posts found via the monthly archives or categories links?

Where to add the code greatly depends on your theme. For the default theme it would be index.php, single.php and archive.php

Thanks I’ll check it out. archives.php is a little more tricky to figure out where to place the code. I also want to make sure they’re voting on the post within the archive and not the archive itself. I’ll mess around with it. Looks good.
