    I’m very sorry to hear that you have trouble with showing the rates in the checkout.

    I went into your shop and I was able to get a UPS Ground rate for my order. The thing here is that in order to get a rate from UPS API, you need to make sure that the ZIP/Postcode is entered in the address section. Without it, the UPS API won’t return any rates as it’s based on this.

    I’ve looked thru your screenshots and I can’t really find an issue here.

    The only thing comes to my mind is that for such delivery with your sender’s address and the delivery address you’re entering the only available service is just this – UPS Ground.

    Have you tried any other address that might get a different rate and a different kind of service?

    I would also recommend here to turn on the Debug Mode in the UPS plugin settings and then check out what’s the result of this on the checkout page.

    hi Maciej,

    I did a test where I got more than one shipping option but now I only get the UPS Ground option, I have also noticed that when I buy the “kamado” product the UPS Ground button is removed, do you know if it is because of the size or weight?

    on the other hand, I do have the Debug Mode option checked

    Thank you for sending me the screenshots.

    Although, I need you to make a screenshot of the Debug Mode inside the cart where we will be able to see the data that is send to UPS API and back and also if there are any API errors that could tell us what is the issue.

    Simply leave this Debug Mode option active and go into the cart and take a screenshot of what it says for UPS.

    At first, yes, there is a wait limit in UPS.

    It’s 150 lbs. So by looking at your product weight I can say that for sure with this item, you won’t be getting any rates via UPS.

    Please tell me if this issue only appeared while adding the “kamado” product to your cart.

    Yes it happens every time that product is added.

    What kind of solution do you recommend to solve this problem?

    Hello @dieguohh !

    I understand. Then in this case you just can’t send this product via regular UPS.

    It’s too big for their standards and goes over their weight limit which is 150lbs.

    This kind of weight goes under the use of Freight UPS Shipping which uses a different kind of UPS API.

    At this moment such feature is not available.

    We already have saved this idea for future developments and if you want – we can let you know if and when such integration will be developed.
