Rates not appearing on checkout page

  • There are no sendle rates that appear on the checkout page. I can validate shipping in the Admin, so it seem sthe plugin is installed and set up correctly. But nothing on the front end, no error, no ajax, nothing.

    What is your store url.
    Could you please check that you have added sendle in the proper zone like the following url
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/

    Or you can share your wp admin details, so that we can investigate it.

    Thank you so much for the fast reply. I had not set up any shipping zones with Sendle as the shipping method. That was my issue. Thanks again.

    I am having issues with sendle coming up as an option to send orders, I have tried shipping options but nothing seems to work.

    Up until the other day it worked fine and now nothing, are you able to help?

    Rates look like they are working in the frontend so it seems we’ll need to review your settings in order to debug this issue.
