    Rates not loading – customer can’t checkout

    I am not getting any error message in debug mode. The rates (for any carrier) do not load and the customer cannot checkout, since the rates loading screen never clears. If the user refreshes the page, the rates load right away (but not at negotiated rates).

    I have deactivated the UPS Live Rates and Access Points plugin and the issue resolves itself.

    I suspect this is an issue with the new oauth. Any ideas?

    Hi @trashpanda056,

    Thanks for reaching us.

    Can you check the WooCommerce > Status > Logs for any errors from UPS or any other errors from the time the UPS is being used on checkout?  

    Could you also try activating the default Storefront theme and disabling all the other plugins and check how the UPS will perform on the checkout?

    This way we could eliminate the potential troubles caused by the theme and third-party plugins.

    Thanks for your response! No errors in the logs.

    I’ve disabled all plugins (besides Woo) and reverted to the default theme and the issue still occurs. The shipping costs never load. When I refresh the page, they load correctly right away.
