    Thank you. I think the provided postal code for the Philippines is not properly. Please see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ZIP_codes_in_the_Philippines

    I also checked this in the DHL Express panel and it should be 4 digits: https://wpdesk.me/mp/e0tyu.png

    After typing 2800 the service shows: https://wpdesk.me/mp/mui3v.png

    If you think it should also work with your postal code, please contact support DHL Express and explain this issue, because we cannot do more.

    Hi @bandara98,

    I believe the problem is, as Marta mentioned above, you entered the postcodes range (2800–2826) instead of proper single postcode value (2800) at WooCommerce > Settings > General > Store Address.

    When I filled in the fields above with some sample but real Abra address (Police Office) – Camp Juan Villamor, Calaba, Bangued, 2800, Phillipines:

    and entered Los Angeles, CA, 90210 shipping address in the cart, the DHL Express rates were displayed properly:

    So, to sum up, please change your shop’s address in the WooCommerce settings and everything should work fine.

    I’m having problems with DHL checkout on my website, it only shows this shipping option DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE (DOCUMENT) and it doesn’t show DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE,
    DHL ECONOMY SELECT,
    DHL EXPRESS 9:00,
    DHL EXPRESS 10:30,
    DHL EXPRESS 12:00. I would like you to solve this problem, so that all methods are available to my clients.

    obs: I have already entered the correct address of my store and I have checked all shipping options on WooCommerce
