Rates not showing

    I am only showing a local pickup option on the checkout page even though I have a regular cost shipping option setup. It doesn’t even show the options unless I choose “Calculate shipping” which is frustrating.

    Hi @sommersruth,

    What you describe is due to the settings of WooCommerce itself, not our plugin.

    Our plugin will display the USPS rates based on the given zip code and shipping address. At what point you allow the cost to be calculated depends on your WooCommerce settings.

    Two WooCommerce settings you may want to change:

    • Default customer location (WooCommerce →? Settings →? General options)
    • Hide shipping costs until an address is entered (WooCommerce →? Settings →? Shipping → Shipping options)
