    Hi @rianm,

Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues. Looking at your site I am seeing conversions that look pretty up-to-date, are you still experiencing issues?

If so, would you be able to set up a simple test page with a conversion Shortcode (as well as the Shortcode used) so I can try to replicate on my end?

    Cheers,

    Joe

    Hi Joe,

Yes seems like it converts but the rate is incorrect ie the aud to jpy has never changed from 96.98 cents for 1 aud.

test page is here https://prestigecarimports.com/test-conversion/ with shortcode 1 AUD = [convert number=1.00 from=”aud” to=”jpy”] JPY

    Hi @rianm,

Thanks for the extra detail, I am getting the correct output when testing on my end (i.e. 1 AUD = 99.06 JPY).

I have to admit that since adopting this plugin I have not become familiar with the code, but I will help if I can! Some thoughts…

    • It’s definitely worth checking the status of your Open Exchange Rates App ID, or create a new one.
    • Try lowering the Exchange Rates/Currency Codes Cache plugin settings to their minimum while debugging – to avoid stale data.
    • Are you using any caching/performance plugins? Try disabling these and seeing if that helps.
    • You could try systematically disabling other plugins (try a different theme also) to see if there is a conflict.

    I hope that helps.

    Cheers,

    Joe
