Rates Returned That Weren’t Selected in Settings

  • I’m customizing the Fedex WooCommerce Extension (BASIC) v2.0.6. I’ve unchecked all rates except FedEx Ground Home Delivery. However, during checkout, it returns the Ground Home Delivery but also 2Day and Standard Overnight. Am I missing a checkbox somewhere? I don’t want these to show up. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Dennis,

    Ideally, only the shipping options that you enable in the settings page will be displayed on the cart/checkout page.

    Could you please check whether you are using any other FedEx solution or have added any shipping methods in WooCommerce shipping zones?
    If the issue persists, please do share the screenshot of your settings and cart page.

    Thank you for your prompt reply. I found that a WooMedia WooCommerce FedEx plugin was active so I deactivated it and that seemed to solve the issue. I will most probably deactivate the FedEx Basic plugin anyway as I just acquired/installed the Stamps.com USPS plugin and the rates have been consistently cheaper for the two boxes I’m using so the FedEx plugin is unnecessary.
