    2. To compare the rates with the rates returned from UPS, kindly go to UPS calculator( https://wwwapps.ups.com/ctc/request?loc=en_US&appId=fctc) and calculate the rate.

This is not resolved. I have done the testing and have the text file and screenshot to send to you. You did not however provide a safe means of providing this information and since it contains account data, I would prefer not to post it here. Please provide alternate means to supply you with the information.

    Hi sarafin,
Please add one product to cart and provide us following informations,

    1. Product weight and dimensions you are getting in the debug response.
    2. Rates you are getting in the cart with service name.

    Hello Elvinwf,

I used shipping from 98059 to 98034 as a test

    Units – lbs/in
    Weight: 47
    Length: 56
    Width: 10
    Height:10

    Rates returned in cart:
    2nd Day Air (UPS): $44.17
    Ground (UPS): $13.67
    3 Day Select (UPS): $33.15

    Thanks for all your assistance!

    Hi Sarafin,
In UPS the rates are not only calculated based on zip codes, weight and dimensions. There are two more options namely,

    1. Pick-up type
    2. Customer Classification

In our plugin we have made the default option which will fetch least rates. That is why the rates you are getting is less than the UPS Rate calculator.
For further information you can visit WooForce.

Thanks! Does the Premium upgrade offer the ability to customize the pickup type?

    Hi Sarafin,
Yes, the premium upgrade will allow you to choose pick-up type. You can visit our WooCommerce UPS Shipping Plugin with Print Label to get more information about the plugin. You can also use the Live Demo option there.

    Hi Jan Dembowski,
    Thanks for your kind information.

I am consistently having this problem as well. Our rates are always too low when the customer only orders (1) item. The rest of the time, the rates are correct. Is there any way past this besides paying for the UPS premium plugin?

    Hi Tashaneu,

I expect you have compared the rate with UPS calculator.

If the rates are different, please send us the Debug Request and Response along with the plugin settings screenshot.

The rates are different. In debug mode, I am getting the following message at the end…
“[UPS] No rate returned for service code 11, The requested service is invalid from the selected origin. (UPS code: 111100)”

    Hi Tashaneu

As per the error message, UPS service Standard UPS (service code 11) is not available for your package. Please contact UPS to know the eligible services for your account.

Request you to enable all the services in the plugin settings.

Provide us the complete debug request and response if the issue persists.
