    In an email sent to client with order details, it asks to rate a vendor and shows current rating “0 out of 5”, which is incorrect – a rating of 0 might be a very low and very bad rating. It’s best to avoid showing the current rating at all if there vendor has been never rated yet.

    Thanks for your input regarding the rating.

    We might display “Not yet rated” etc in stead of “0 out of 5”. That would be better I guess.

    What do you suggest?
