rating and review with forminator?

Hi,

I am a fan of Forminator plugin. I know that you have a Poll form in the plugin. I am wondering if it is possible to create a rating system (for posts or custom post type) with Forminator that can be used before/after comment(review) section in each post.

More precisely, when I created a Poll and insert its shortcode in one Post/Page and I use it in another Post/Page, as both of them refer to the same form, the resulted graph (bar graph/pie chart) is exactly the same in the frontend of both.

Of course for a few number of Post/Page it is possible to create a few number of Poll forms in forminator, but my question is that

1-is there any way to create Poll depending on the current post/page? for instance you may see in the plugins here:

2-Is it Possible to create rating system similar to for instance

such that first it shows an average rating in archive page under the feature image of a product, and secondly, similar to

for each single product page which shows the number of votes to each rate?
