• Hi Josie, we’ve been using EWZ-Rating for the past 2-3 years. It’s a great tool. We’re encountering a problem after we moved to a new hosting provider and installed the latest version of EWZ-Rating (1.1.15): When one selects a new image to view (either by clicking Next in the image window, or by clicking a new image in the rating form), the rating form scroll all the way back to the top of the page so the judge has to scroll down and find the entry to enter scores. Any idea why this is happening and how can we get around this?

    Thanks
    – Jonathan

It would be a javascript issue, specifically in the ewz-rating.js file.

Do you see any messages in the javascript console? (right-click, select inspect, go to console).

You could also try replacing the javascript/ewz-rating.js file with a fresh copy, or re-installing the whole plugin.

The other piece of advice usually given in such a case is to temporarily disable other plugins to see if there is a conflict. If you find a conflicting plugin that is publicly available, please let me know.
