• Hello, I am very interested in the gallery that https://www.cssremix.com uses. I am wondering if this is a public plugin, I e-mailed the webmaster and told me to end searching since it will be a waste of time. He either created it or found it and never want to share the public plugin for WordPress. I hope you WordPress members can help me out.

    Thanks!

  • Considering his whole site is based off of that plugin, I can understand why he wouldn’t want to freely give it away.

Apparently, I created https://www.gantdesigns.com with the exact same function, but manual javascript and coding. It takes forever to manual add skins to my gallery. That is why I am migrating to WordPress, but needing a gallery plugin that will fit with my website, which cssremix has. Dang! cssremix’s gallery is just perfect for me website gallery!

I have communicated with the guy who runs CSSRemix, and I doubt he told you that searching would be a waste of time. If he did, I’m sure he wasn’t mean about it!

I’m sure he read up on some HTML and CSS coding, and went to town modifying his WordPress install. As for the star ratings, they’re a modified version of the star rating script I have at masuga.com (which fotografoben linked to above).

I don’t hink his site is a “plugin”. I think he has set up his posts or pages to be displayed that way. If you really get in under the hood of WordPress, you’ll see that it is HIGHLY configurable. And that’s why it’s so great!
