rating interface won't display on WP blog

Hello,

it is the first time i install this plugin, and the plugin seems not to work at my friend website.

i see the css codes on the page, but i don’t see the ajax interface on front. The plugin is activatyed, we can see the backoffice. The configuration of plugis is completely default (no changes).
