Rating not possible with JS Combination/Minification

postratings-js.js is the one which you have mentioned.

It seems, that not JS is causing the Problem, but HTML Optimization.

Are there any known Problem with that?

Nope but I always avoid HTML optimization because it always screw things up not just with WordPress but during my work as well.
