Rating not working

    Hi,

    in ASA1 in the test section I tried to test the “demo” template… but every ASIN I entered results in an empty rating. When I switch from template mode to rating mode I get the following output:

    Benutzerbewertungen konnten nicht ausgelesen werden.

Error message:

    No error message is shown. How can I fix this?

    Hi,

    Ratings are not provided by the PA API. With the change to PA API version 5, ASA1 no longer supports the ability to read ratings on its own. ASA2 can still do this, because it has been working independently of the API result for some time.
