• Hello Lester. Cool plugin. Unfortunately I encountered an error. Let me explain.

I’ve made use of the widget to display the ratings on posts. What I observed was that for older posts, the results are accurate. But not so on new posts.

Let’s say I published a post at 12AM and a few users have already rated it afterwards. The result won’t be displayed in the widget until 12PM.

If I edit the published date to more than 12 hours than the original date, it displays the result correctly.

The vote can be seen in the Dashboard>Manage Ratings. Only problem is that it is not displayed in the widgets.

I will really appreciate your input on this one

    Best of luck!

    -Newly installed site
    -latest WordPress version installed

    -2 posts only
    -No plugins except WP-Postratings
    -no cache plugins
    -no server plugins
    -twenty fifteen theme
-no customizations on css or functions file

I am not sure how to help you with this, there is no code inside that describe what it does. If you are not using any caching plugin, then there might be something in front of your server that caches stuff like Varnish or CloudFlare.

Thanks for a quick reply Lester.

Good to know that there’s nothing in the code that may result in this error. I will triple check everything and will even install on a different server.
