Rating Save Error

  • Hello,
    I’m trying out the plugin for a site I’m building and love how it looks and integrates. Only running on MAMP local site for now. Installed plug-in and created very basic form with 3 criteria. Auto-integration disabled. Added shortcode to page (not post). After entering rating and clicking Submit, I get the error “Rating Save Error” below the form. That Rating and Comment is saved on the page after refresh, but I cannot add any additional ratings – there is no usable form, just shows the existing rating read-only form.

    hi,

    enable debug in wordpress and then try same, you will see error log in in debug.log file, send me the error.
