• Hi Dario Curvino,

    Thanks for your great plugin.

Recently I used Yet Another Stars Rating and rate my post (BlogPosting).

After few days, most of ratings (author rating) are gone.

I think the problem may come from plugin conflict. I guess it conflict with WP Fastest Cache.

So would like to let you know for your information.

    Regards,
    Quy

Hi Alex, thank you for using Yasr.

For now, this caching plugin are supported by Yasr:

    Wp Super Cache
    Wp Rocket
    LiteSpeed

Hovewer, what you mean for “gone”?

Does the ratings still available in the db?

    Hi Dario Curvino,

I mean the rating in front end appear few days then disappeared.

I’ve checked and all the below tables are blank:
    wp_kgde_yasr_log
    wp_kgde_yasr_multi_set
    wp_kgde_yasr_multi_set_fields
    wp_kgde_yasr_multi_values

Maybe the rating even didn’t be saved to database at all.

    Thanks,
    Quy

I recently created a new page with YASR in it, rated the page 1 star and after Google indexed the page the stars are not showing up in SERP.

I tried fetching the url again waited for a day but still I get the same result.

My other older pages with YASR in it are still working fine.

Btw, I’m using WPFC too for almost a year now with YASR plug-in and I never experienced something like this. I haven’t added/updated any plugs or major changes in my website yet.

@myle123 if you’ve used the author rating, that is saved inside the _postmeta table, with this name ‘yasr_overall_rating’

@tolemak this depends only from google. Some ratings are showed in SERP after couple of hours, some after months, some never.

    Hi Duno,

I’ve just checked follow your instruction.

In the _postmeta table, there are still some posts with rating. These posts display stars in front end and no problem with them.

Posts lost rating are those there are no rating record in the _postmeta table.

For some posts, I can rate them. And it display rating correctly in front end for a while (even when I clear all cache manually). But when I check the _postmeta table, there are no rating records for these posts.

That explains the rating for these post gone after 1-2 days.
