Ratings are lost

  • One time when this plugin updated, all ratings were lost. Recently, some ratings which have vote appear as no ratings yet, but when I vote it again (should not be allowed as I voted already), it appears as 2 votes. What could be the reasons?

    Hi Sens4,

    The plugin sometimes needs to recalculate the average ratings for a post. In the free version of the plugin, this value is stored in post meta.

    Hi Daniel,

    The plugin calculate the average exactly in real time, why does it need to recalculate ratings? Can I prevent this to happen?

    And what could be the reason why one person can vote multiple (hundred) times (at the same timestamp)? The only method of using cookies to prevent duplicate is set
