    Hi Gemini Labs, I just migrated to a new website. The reviews from my old site does not have star ratings only reviews.

    I just installed Site Reviews to manage the reviews for my new website. I am not sure how the average ratings are calculated, but now my 5 star product is displaying a less than 1 star rating because the reviews from the old site has zero star ratings (1000 over them) but with positive reviews.

    How do I adjust the star rating calculation to just take the calculation by date, to ignore star ratings from a certain date period or to start the calculation from the plugin installation? Or how do I work around this?

    Hi, I repaired the Review Relations as suggested, did not optimise the database because it prompted I don’t need to, or “Reset Assigned Meta Values” because there are no previous star ratings to reset.

    I went to the Contact Support section on the Help & Support page and I came back to this forum. Where or how else can I contact you? Do advice. Thanks
