Ratings icons are squares!

Your theme is unable to find the relevant font file. If using Chrome, press control-shift-J, and then select the Console tab. There is likely to be an error message to tell you which file can’t be found.

Check you have the latest version of your theme. Please post the link to your site, it may be possible to get further clues from the actual web page.

Have checked console and no errors; also,l have latest versions of woocommerce and woothemes storefront theme installed; no further plugins acvtivated.

Any ideas?

I loaded up Storefront on my dev site and I get the same problem.

I read this fix elsewhere:

Admin page > WooCommerce > Settings > Products tab > Display: Enable Lightbox for product images = checked.

Wow – that’s the fix. Many thanks for your time – hugely appreciated!

Of note, that’s annoying that it doesn’t work otherwise, as I needed that option unchecked so that I can use Foobox as my product lightbox, which is the lightbox for the rest of the site (providing standardisation across website).

Yes, reasonable to expect it to work otherwise. Consider reporting what’s happened on the theme support forum where the storefront team are more likely to pick it up.
