Ratings not Recording

  • User ratings and comment ratings are enabled. When you click on stars, it will either show you a rating or show you Nan of zero, but if you refresh the page, the rating is not reflected. This occurs on all posts.

    WP Recipe Maker > Manage > Feature > Ratings – No ratings have been recorded since January.

    WP Recipe Maker > Tools > Find Recipe Ratings – shows searching but does not update (no progress shows on bar)

    It’s most likely a compatibility problem.

    Try disabling all other plugins for a second and see if it works then.
    If not, try switching to a default theme (like Twenty Seventeen) and check again.
