Ratings not working

  • Hello,

    I am using this plugin to get ratings on my WP pages.
    So I am pasting the shortcode in every page that I need this rating and excluding pages like Home page where I don’t need it.

    = In one of the pages pasted shortcode: [ratings id=”513″ results=”true”] where the id = 513 for that page.

    However after updating the page I see that the rating part is greyed out and I am not able to click on it to give a rating.
    I was logged in as Admin, so I logged out and tried but still no benefit.

    What is the problem? Does it really work?
    Can some one suggests a really good rating plugin or something that WP has natively?
