Ratings stars not showing

  • Hi there.

    Ive noticed that with my website myshtv.org the ratings are not showing. More specifically the stars that people click on are not showing. Im using the Akina theme by cherry themes. Is there a way to get it working? im a big fan of the plugin so would like it to work.

    Example of page: https://myshtv.org/2020/04/02/masterchef-au/

    You can see it shows “(No ratings yet)” but nowhere for visitors to click and vote.

    What is the code you used to insert into the post? Is it working on the default theme in the first place?

    My guess it is a theme issue overwriting or hiding the stars. Because the stars are loaded in your html.

    the shortcode is [ratings]. the plugin is working fine with other themes. I know if i change theme it would help but because its a paid theme i would like to try to get it to work if possible.

    If you paid for it, why not email them and ask for support?

    From what I see the theme is setting the image to be display: none

    Ok sorry im new to wordpress sites but thanks for the heads up i will try that. I posted this in the wrong section sorry. its about the wp-postratings plugin.
