Ratings tool that works like the “cheezburger”

Trying to figure out if there’s a plugin that will allow me to set up a ratings tool that operates like it does on that cool site that’s always at the top of the wordpress visits list — https://www.icanhascheezburger.com.
Looking into the Lester Chan one but don’t think it will operate the same way. Does anyone know if this exists?
