• Hi,
    I recently changed the name of my company (from “fysioterapeut K?benhavn smertefys.nu” to “Smertefys.nu – fysioterapi i K?benhavn”). For some reason this seem to affect the plugin, since it has not updated its retrieved data even though I have gained at least 3 reviews since then.

    How do I do from here?

    @thomasvain The first step is to check the Retrieved Data tab. Is this information correct?

    If so, there may be a page caching issue – so just clear the page cache (and maybe the plugin’s cache in the Advanced tab) to see the current data.

    If not, either the Places API hasn’t provided the new and current information (sometimes there is a delay) or the next synchronisation hasn’t occurred yet. In this instance, please either alter the frequency to something shorter or you can go to the Advanced tab and clear the plugin’s cache.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your answer. The retrieved data is not correct since it is still telling, that only 167 people have placed a review even though it is 170 people. I have cleared the cache and frequenzy but nothing changes unfortunately.

    @thomasvain I have (re)added your place to my Dev website and I have the correct total and name… did you perform the plugin’s cache refresh? This will get the latest data using the Place API and the result will appear in the Retrieved Data.

    I did both clear the cache and also adding the code you wrote. Nothing seems to do the trick unfortunately.

    @thomasvain I believe that the total isn’t updating for a reason. There may be an issue with the cache clearing functionality – it can happen when the AJAX call fails.
