ratingwidget_raw shows stars but they are not clickable

I want to use rating widget so customers can leave star ratings on products I have listed on a page of my blog.
Using this shortcode I can get stars to appear but they are not clickable:
[ratingwidget_raw id=”1″ title=”delicious-product”]How can I solve this?
