Re-captcha contact form error

  • After I add Google reCaptcha to contact form, the message cannot be sent with following error:

    Please check if you’ve filled all the fields with valid information. Thank you.

    Captcha is OK, registered to site (I tested with the BWS reCaptcha plugin on login form). Also reCaptcha form v.2 is displayed correctly and I can click as I am not a robot.

    Did you fill up all the contact form fields with valid information?
    You cannot leave the message content blank.

    I am having the same issue. When testing I fill in all fields:
    Name, email, subject and message, and click the reCaptcha box, hit send – and I get the Error: “Please check if you’ve filled all the fields with valid information. Thank you.”
    My site key and secret key are entered correctly.
    Any ideas as to why it is failing? thanks so much
